Instructions for Abstract Submission

Language:

English is the official language of the Congress and the abstract must be submitted in English.

Format:

MS Word or text file should be emailed to meetings.ischf@npo-apacvd.jp.
Please ensure there are no garbled characters before sending the form.

Style:

The font and type size required are Times New Roman size 11.
Single spacing should be used throughout, except between title and author, author and the
abstract body, which require double spacing. The text body must be 250 words or less.

If it is not possible to provide an electronic signature on your abstract,
we require the Abstract Submitted Form be signed and faxed to the Secretariat,
